Background of the issue:

The translation was done with automatic translation. But it doesn't work in other languages.

I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I checked the conditions applied to the translated template and noticed that the selected category was incorrect. I selected the correct category for the translated template, saved the changes, and checked again, but the template still wasn't loading in the translation.

To continue the investigation, I tried to log in but noticed that the access information has been removed from our system due to security reasons. Could you please share the access to your site again so that I can continue the investigation? I enabled a private box for you so that you can securely share the access. Thank you for sharing the access details.

After selecting the translated category in the conditions of the translated template (hidden link), the template began displaying correctly along with the product in that category. Please check this screenshot: hidden link

After translating the template or layout, please ensure that the conditions are set correctly for the translated version. If you've selected a category where the template applies, make sure to update the condition in the translated version and select the appropriate translated category for the template.
