Could you please provide more details about when and under what circumstances the problem occurs? Does the same issue persist when you temporarily disable all plugins except WPML? Also, please make sure that your server is not blocking REST API requests. In some cases, additional security layers or firewall rules may prevent these requests from being processed correctly (such as firewalls, mod_security, Imunify360, or similar protections).
