Background of the issue:
I am trying to activate WPML on my website hidden link. Due to hosting restrictions on GoDaddy, I am unable to establish a connection with your API. I have tried whitelisting wpml.org and api.wpml.org, disabling firewall restrictions, adjusting cPanel security settings, increasing PHP execution time and memory limits, and testing cURL requests via SSH.

Symptoms:
I am experiencing a cURL error 28 (Connection timed out) while trying to activate WPML.

Questions:
Would it be possible for you to manually activate WPML for my website from your end?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate WPML manually from our end. I recommend creating a copy of your site and installing it on a local environment or an alternate server. You can activate WPML there and then move the site back to your hosting. I also suggest that you reach out to your hosting provider to discuss this issue.

Additionally, I am sharing a useful article:
https://wpml.org/faq/wpml-plugin-cannot-connect-to-wpml-org/

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist the following domains:

- wpml.org
- cdn.wpml.org
- api.wpml.org
- api.toolset.com
- cloudfront.net

Furthermore, check if any other plugins are affecting this behavior. Try temporarily deactivating all plugins except WPML to test the problem.

Please remember to back up your database before proceeding.
