All multilingual websites are down

carlyL-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to ensure that all of the French websites using WPML are operational and compliant with Bill 96 in Canada. The issue can be seen at the following URL: hidden link Symptoms: All French websites are down, displaying either a blank page or a 404 not found error instead of the expected French version of the English website. Questions: Why are all the French websites down? How can we resolve the blank page or 404 error?

While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly. I just checked the URL you sent and I am not seeing a 404 error. I see the full page. If you are still experiencing an error, try clearing the cache and resaving permalinks in general settings -> permalinks and let us know if that resolves the issue.
