This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client has created a new custom language for Australasia and needs to populate it with English content, which is the same as the default site language.
Solution:
If you're experiencing the same issue, we recommend you follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML > Translation Management.
2. Select the content (pages, posts) that you want to duplicate to the custom language.
3. Check the box on the left for all the selected items.
4. At the bottom of the page, select "Duplicate".
5. Click the "Duplicate" button.
This process will help you duplicate the content to the new custom language. Please note that there's no way to duplicate everything automatically.
If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
