How to disable a banner on a website. I unregistered and registered the plugin but the banner is still there

Hello,

Did the site URL change when switching from development site to production?

If so, WPML will need to be registered again.

If not, please try the following:

- Go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now".

Do you see any errors or does this solve the issue? If not, please send me a screenshot from the screen.

It would also be very helpful if you could send us the WPML information for troubleshooting.
