Problem:
You are trying to cancel a translation management job for a Custom Post Type (CPT) in Avada, specifically an Avada library element. The job status shows 'In progress - Needs update' and does not permanently change to 'Cancelled' after attempting to cancel it, reverting back upon page reload.

Solution:
We recommend completing the translation job first as it appears to be stuck. You can make a change in the original content, save it, and then attempt to cancel the job again. Alternatively, complete the translation, and then you can delete the translation if it is no longer needed, or you can edit it to make manual changes.

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to cancel a translation management job created for a CPT in Avada, specifically an Avada library element. I want to remove it from the jobs panel and translate it manually.

Symptoms:
The translation job status says 'In progress - Needs update'. When I click on the trashbin, it changes to 'Cancelled - Needs update', but after reloading the Translation Jobs page, it reverts to 'In progress - Needs update'.

Questions:
How can I permanently cancel a translation job for a CPT in WPML?
Why does the translation job status revert after attempting to cancel it?

Can you please try completing the translation first? Looks like it is stuck. You can either try by making a change in the original content, save and then try cancelling.

Or, better to complete the translation first and then you can delete the translation if you don't want it, or can edit and make manual changes.
