Cannot add credits to site

keithK-3	I am trying to begin translations but get error message: "You don't have enough credits to translate automatically". On the WPML website I can see both of our registered sites in the listing of registered sites. However, on the credit management page it lists one of the URLs twice and the second one not at all so we cannot add credits to it. The site we are trying to add credits to is: hidden link

keithK-3	We renewed an SSL certificate on the development site, deleted the key and then added the dev site back with a new key. After this we can see and manage the credits on the dev site. Thanks.
