Background of the issue:
I am trying to have the copyright footer appear in the French version of my website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The copyright footer does not appear in the French version, even though the strings are already translated. The entire bottom footer is missing.
Questions:
Why is the copyright footer not appearing in the French version?
How can I ensure the footer appears as it does on the English page?
The copyright footer is set in Appearance - Customizer - Footer

Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
