Background of the issue:
I am trying to create a single news template for the Arabic language. I already have a single news template in English with a condition to display all singular posts. When I attempt to create a single post template in Arabic and set its condition, Elementor recognizes it as already in use by the single post (English). I have deleted the Arabic template so you can see the issue yourself. The issue can be seen at: hidden link.
Symptoms:
I can't create an Arabic single post template. On both English and Arabic posts, it is showing the single post (English) template instead of the expected single post (Arabic) on Arabic posts.
Questions:
How can I create a single post template for Arabic without Elementor recognizing it as already in use?
Why is the single post (English) template showing on both English and Arabic posts?
Languages: English (English )Spanish (Español )German (Deutsch )

Hello,
There is no need to set template conditions manually in a second language, as Elementor will not allow you to do so.
The Elementor Templates should be created in the site's default language and then always be translated with the WPML Translation Editor at Templates > All Templates.
Make sure to complete the translations to 100% and make sure to remove any old templates of the same type in the second language that are not properly linked to an original template.
If this does not solve the issue, please let us know.
