Background of the issue:
I am trying to add new multicurrency support to my site hidden link using WPML. I have cleared the caching.

Symptoms:
The invoice doesn't show the correct price. For example, the price 117.61 turns out to be 11761.00. The decimal point is put in the wrong place, although the total amount is correct and customers have paid the proper amount.

Questions:
Do you have any idea what could cause this issue?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Could you please update WPML and its related add-ons, such as WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and check if this shows properly?

If still the same, can you please check if this issue appears when:

- only WPML plugins (along with WooCommerce ) are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
- theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Twenty as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme

Apart from that, can you send me Currency settings for this Canadian dollars currency? What is the Exchange Rate as set per your settings?

Regards,
Bruno Kos

Hi Bruno

I am sorry I can't tweak the plugins because it is the production site.

We use the WooCommerce storefront. Simply add the child theme to create the hooks.

Attached please find the screenshot of the currency setting.

By the way, the multicurrency works with the currency we set before, but not the new currency and the the currency in the checkout is correct, customers paid the correct amount. It shows the wrong decimal point in the order.

Best regards
Joe

Can you create a staging site perhaps and do these tests above? We need to have all the latest updates before checking this further.

Also, testing in a minimal setup would help us diagnose the possible source of the issue.
