Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve issues with the Portuguese glossary in WPML. Specifically, I want to delete the old glossary and import a new one. I also need to address a repeated word issue. The main issue is related to a previous closed ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translation-of-product-category-taxonomy-with-deepl/. Additionally, there seems to be a bug with duplicate glossary items on export: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/delete-glossary-again/. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The glossary is not being deleted, the duplicated word 'Os nossos' is still not updated, and on export, the words in Portuguese (pt-pt) have a pt version added. There is also a warning notification about too many glossary terms.

Questions:
Why is the glossary not being deleted after manual deletion?
How can I fix the duplicated word 'Os nossos'?
Why are there pt versions added to Portuguese words on export?
Is there a way to resolve the warning notification about too many glossary terms?

Can you check now? Glossaries should be empty now.
