Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to translate the Dokan Vendor Dashboard side navigation using WPML. I am using WPML-> String Translation for this task.

Symptoms:
The side navigation translation is not showing any changes despite disabling the cache plugin.

Questions:
Why is the side navigation translation not showing any changes?
Is there a specific step I am missing in the translation process using WPML?

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) Please go to WPML-> Plugins and Themes Localization and scan the Dokan plugins.

After that, please search for the dashboard string in String Translation.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.
