I understand what you're looking for and will try my best to assist you in this matter.
It seems the contents in the Hero section have been added using the Custom fields added by the Theme. If you want to translate the contents, you need to set the translation preference for those fields to "Translate".
- Please copy the names of the fields that store the Hero section contents.
- Now, please go to WPML > Settings and scroll to the "Custom Field Translation" section
- Search for the fields by their name
- If the fields appear in the result, make sure to set the translation preference for those fields to "Translate" and save the changes.
- Once done, open the page in WordPress Editor and make a small change.
- Save the changes and try to update the translation. Contents added within the Hero section fields will appear in the translation editor for translation.
Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
