This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing an hreflang issue on your site, where both English and German hreflang tags are set for a German page.
Solution:
We have analyzed your page and confirmed that it is correctly set up. When a page is available in multiple languages, it is normal to have one hreflang HTML tag for each language variant. This setup is correct as it informs search engines about all the existing language variants of that page. For more details on hreflang tags, you can visit Google's developer documentation.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your specific case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly suggest checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hey there,

I analyzed the page you sent, and it seems to be correctly set-up. Check the image attached.

When a page is in multiple languages, it's expected that you have one hreflang HTML Tag for each language, just like you have on your page. That tells the search engine all the existing variants of that page.
