Symptoms: I cannot get the translator to work, and I am unable to open translation management as it always times out. Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development that moved from mpvrentals.com to hidden link. I am trying to get the translator to work on this site.

Symptoms:
I cannot get the translator to work, and I am unable to open translation management as it always times out. When I click the translate language icons on the page hidden link, it just opens the WP editor.

Questions:
Why does the translator not work after moving the site?
Why does translation management always time out?
Why do the translate language icons open the WP editor instead of the translator?
