I cannot connect my website with my wpml account

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

I'm a developer and I started working with this website and this website wpml licences is connected with another account which is expired or something like this plz help me to un register with the old account and connect with my account Is there any documentation that you are following? Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? hidden link

So, if I understood correctly, you already tried to follow the instructions from that notification? Using the buttons there doesn't work? 2. If adding in the new WPML account email and using the buttons doesn't work, please create a full website backup and then share the site credentials in the private fields I am enabling below.
