Problem:
You want to cancel your WPML subscription.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Log in to your WPML account at https://wpml.org/account/
2. From the left sidebar, click on 'Renew'.
3. Disable the auto-renewal option for your subscription.
Once auto-renewal is turned off, you will not be charged again, and your subscription will remain active until its current expiration date.
This solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
