Background of the issue:
I am trying to download the WPML Multilingual CMS and String Translation plugins using the OTGS Installer on a site under development. I am doing this on a hidden link type of setup.

Symptoms:
When I click download and check the activate after download, the plugin says the operation was successful, but I don't see the WPML plugin installed in my WordPress.

Questions:
How can I get the WPML plugin to install from the OTGS installer on a localhost setup?

To unregister the Plugin first and redo the register for the plugin to the localhost and get the site key for the correct registered site.
