This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to find a valid invoice for a transaction made using the pay as you go option on their site, despite having been charged. The invoices available showed a total of zero.
Solution:
We created a new support ticket to monitor the situation and advised the client to check later if the invoice appears. Upon rechecking, we confirmed that the invoice had been generated and provided the client with a direct link to download it from WPML > Translation Dashboard > Translation Tools > Invoices. Additionally, we shared the invoice directly via WeTransfer.
