This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to find a valid invoice for a transaction made using the pay as you go option on their site, despite having been charged. The invoices available showed a total of zero.
Solution:
We created a new support ticket to monitor the situation and advised the client to check later if the invoice appears. Upon rechecking, we confirmed that the invoice had been generated and provided the client with a direct link to download it from WPML > Translation Dashboard > Translation Tools > Invoices. Additionally, we shared the invoice directly via WeTransfer.

HI there,

We use the pay as you go option for this site. We have more then 36K credits used and paid 22 euros. However, I can't seem to find a valid invoice as all invoices state zero (0) total.

Can we get a correct invoice?

I’ll recheck this on my side as well. In the meantime, please also check later today from your side whether the invoice appears. If it doesn’t, let me know and we can proceed with the next steps.
