Background of the issue:
I am trying to see my tickets in the ticket overview on the WPML support site. Here is the link to my profile where the issue can be seen: https://wpml.org/forums/users/markusf-31/

Symptoms:
The tickets I issued today do not show up in my ticket overview. Instead, I only see old tickets.

Questions:
Why are my newly issued tickets not showing in the ticket overview?
Did my tickets reach the support team?

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you resolve the issue.

I can only see older tickets (more than six months old) in your WPML.org profile, except for this current one: https://wpml.org/forums/users/markusf-31/

This is unusual, and it seems something has gone wrong. Just to confirm, have you created the recent tickets via WPML Chat Support?

Yes, I have submitted two other tickets that dont show.

This ticket is just about them not showing.

My other tickets are about:
1) How can I switch off the automatic translation AND revert the process of existing automatic translations (the system did this automatically). I want to use the "classic" mode and the system does not let me switch

2) I dont want the system to translate my product titles.

I think if 1 is fixed 2 will be too.

Thank you for the update. I checked with our System team, and they couldn’t find any new tickets from your side apart from this one.

Could you please share the ticket links or confirmation messages you received after submitting those tickets (may be found in your browser cache)? This will help us track them down.

Also, please confirm that the tickets weren’t sent by email, as those wouldn’t be registered in our system.

I dont have the links to the tickets. I have issued the tickets the same way, but somehow this ticket got saved and the others not.

The only difference is that I have classified the others not as technical support tickets not some other category (I assume that is the reason).

I submitted a new ticket now as a technical support ticket. This is the number #17203467
