The client is developing a site and wants to translate the entire internet page using WPML. However, the navigation bar and footer are not translating on one internet page.
Solution:
We recommend checking how the navigation bar and footer were created within the theme builder in WordPress. It's essential to ensure that these elements are properly configured to be translatable with WPML. Additionally, we advise the client to provide WPML support debug information to help us better understand the setup and assist further. This can be done by logging into the site, navigating to WPML → Support, and clicking on the 'debug information' link at the bottom of the page. The client should then copy the entire content of the text box and paste it into the debug information box on our support forum.
