Background of the issue:
I am trying to display the site logo correctly on all language versions of my website hidden link using WPML. The logo appears correctly in the editor preview but not on the live site.
Symptoms:
The site logo is missing on all language versions except English. After re-uploading and applying the logo in Japanese, it disappears from the English page, indicating the logo only shows in one language at a time.
Questions:
Why is the logo only displaying in one language at a time?
How can I ensure the logo appears on all language versions of the site?
Thank you for contacting WPML Support. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.
Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
=== Please backup your database and website ===
✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.
Thanks for providing the login details. I followed the below steps:
1. Installed/activated the WPML Media Translation plugin.
2. Went to WPML >> Media Translation.
3. Searched for the logo name e.g. “logo” and pressed the Filter button.
3. Clicked on the Plus(+) icon, added the logo name in the Name field to enable the save button.
4. Pressed the “Save media translation” button and now it shows the logo in each language.
