Background of the issue:
I am trying to synchronize menus using WPML on my website, hidden link. I have previously discussed this issue with your support team, and they requested my FTP details to enable debug mode and check directly.

Symptoms:
When I click on 'Synchronize menus', the page doesn’t load, and I get a server timeout error. I expected to see the menu synchronized between languages and translations available, but instead, I got a server error.

Questions:
Could you please enable debug mode and check directly using the provided FTP credentials?

The logs confirm that the request is reaching the server but timing out before it completes. There are no errors in WPML itself, so this appears to be caused by a server-level timeout or resource limit.

(70007)The timeout specified has expired: [client 46.188.175.254:0] AH01075: Error dispatching request to : (polling)

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check why the request is timing out. They should confirm whether the 504 error is caused by a PHP-FPM timeout (`request_terminate_timeout`) or another server setting, and what the current limits are for:

* `request_terminate_timeout`
* `max_execution_time`
* `memory_limit`
* Any web server or proxy timeouts (`ProxyTimeout`, `fastcgi_read_timeout`, etc.)

If possible, they can temporarily increase these values (for example, to 600 seconds) so we can retest the WPML synchronization process.

Once they provide feedback or make the changes, let me know and I’ll check again from our side.
