Background of the issue:
I was trying to view all my translations in the dashboard of my WPML plugin.

Symptoms:
The translation dashboard is empty, and I expected to see all my translations.

Questions:
Why is my translation dashboard empty?
How can I view all my translations in the WPML plugin?

Please share the access details of your staging website, so I can log in and take a look. Do not share only temporary login link, I need full admin user. Please also share server protection details, as I see website is hidden.

Hello,

I can not access the link to staging site you shared, it is protected.

Try to visit it in incognito / private window and you will see pop up window that asks for username / password to access URL: hidden link

Usually this is set via server or htaccess.

thanks, that seems to be working and I can log in.

Only thing, this does not seem to be the same recent copy of your live website. Can you please create new staging site, that is same a your current live website?

That way I can check the issue further, as for now it works all fine in staging site.

it does not work for me, I get 403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access this resource.

Seems like it is empty folder.

Hello Drazen,

Just a quick follow up I'm still waiting for my hosting provider to solve the issue and meanwhile I had to open another ticket with one of your colleagues because there was a last issue that broke part of my theme (navbar menu) and right now I'm not able to install wpml properly on my website anymore.

I'd like to keep this ticket open until I have further info.
