[Resolved] Not all strings were translating into Spanish language

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate strings from English to Spanish on your website, but some strings are not being translated when switching from English to a non-English language.
Solution:
We found that the Elementor template was not translated. We recommend translating the Elementor template to resolve this issue. If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and verify that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance. You can do so at the WPML support forum.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.

Please go to WPML-> String Translation, search for and translate these strings.

If you couldn't find them, please check this guide and try the mentioned approaches.

Note that, we are facing an issue with the text displaying from Elementor template.

Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please back up your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
