This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
plugin does not translate everything and parts are missing.
Solution:
The strings or text not translating on the other page.
There can be a few things:
A) Search and translate strings in WPML -> String Translation. If these are not found there, you may need to scan your theme and the plugin, responsible for these strings. Here are the relevant guides:
- https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
B) If those strings are coming from a page builder, like Elementor, then these need to be registered, see this guide for details: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/
