Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML on my website hidden link. When WPML is activated, the CPU usage of the server increases significantly.

Symptoms:
The CPU usage goes to 100% when WPML is activated, resulting in a non-functional website.

Questions:
Is there any insights in the plugin? We use Miltilingual CMS, String translation, Gravity Forms multilingual, wpml SEO, WPML media
