Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I tried to visit your site but since it is under coming soon mode, I am unable to observe the problem.

However, can you please record your screen to show the problem as it happens in your site? It'd be great if you can also include your WCML multicurrency settings in the recording (showing configurations).

Additionally, please try the following also:

1) Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding. It is highly advised to try these on a dev or staging site first, so your live site isn't compromised.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML, String Translation, WooCommerce and WCML.
3) Switch to a standard theme like 2024 or 2021.
4) Check for the issue if it still happens.
5) Then start activating plugins one by one while keep checking for the issue. This way you 'll be able to pinpoint a conflict when & where it starts creating the problem.
6) If after activating all plugins you see that it still works fine, then switch to your theme and see if that's causing it.

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.

Selecting another currency - window popup to reload page, nothing changes after page reloads
Selecting language BEFORE page fully loads changes it to another language, but I don't know if it actually changes the language

My video recorder sadly don't registered dropdown selectors of language and currency, but they are there

Thank you for the screen recording, I can see the issue happening in your video.

However, I've tried to reproduce the same in my test site and there it is working perfectly fine, please hidden link">watch my screen recording.

I suspect something may be interfering here, like a conflict or compatibility issue. Have you tried the steps I mentioned in my previous message?
