Background of the issue:
I am setting up WPML with Crowdin for a site under development. I have created a simple menu with four languages: English, Russian, Chinese Simplified, and Spanish. I attempted to send this menu to Crowdin.

Symptoms:
We encountered an issue while sending jobs to the service. Our team is investigating, and if the issue is on our side, we will resend the jobs. If further action is needed, we will cancel the jobs and notify you via email.

Questions:
Why does sending the menu to Crowdin not work?
What should I do if I do not receive an email regarding this issue?

Hi,

Can you send us the logs from the communication log? It is available on WPML -> Support. Open the log, click "Clear log" button, try to resend the jobs to Crowdin and then send me the logs so we can check with it fails.
