Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate the latest version of my homepage using the advanced translation editor, but it doesn't show the latest version of the content. I've tried removing translation jobs, switching to manual translation and back, deleting translations, and duplicating the page. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
The advanced translation editor always shows an older version of the content, and the translation status is stuck 'In Progress'.

Questions:
Why does the advanced translation editor show an older version of the content?
How can I update the translations to reflect the latest version of my homepage?

Hello,

First, please clear the cache of your website.

Now, make sure that on the original content, the translation method is set to "WPML Translation Editor" inside the right sidebar of the WordPress Editor.

Also, make sure that the translation is marked as "Duplicate". If so, open the translation inside the WordPress Editor and click "Translate independently" on the top right of the sidebar.

Now, edit the original content and save it again.

If you now open the WPML Translation Editor, do you still see old content?

If so, please provide me with admin access, so that I can investigate further.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further.

The required fields are located below the comments section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to back up your website and database before granting us access.
If you can't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and website credentials will be set to "PUBLIC." DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

I may need to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to create a copy of the website so I can investigate the issue further.

However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or a copy of the website from your server for this purpose.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Please note that WPML must also be registered on this staging site at https://wpml.org/account/websites/.

If you are unable to provide such a copy of the website for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

The private reply form looks like this:

Please note that we are required to request this information individually on each ticket. We are not permitted to access any credentials that were not specifically submitted on this ticket using the private response form.

Best regards
Andreas

I don't if you guys have done something already but now the updated (and translated) content shows on the frontend (there probably are no new words so it might have been translated from memory). But on the ATE I still can't some of the translations...

It might be related to a bug in ATE, which was solved last night by the ATE Team on our server.

What I currently see on the Divi Frontend Editor on your original homepage does not match up with what I am seeing on the website.

Please edit the original content in Divi, then save the original homepage again, and then open the translation editor and complete the translation.

Let me know if will still experience issues with the translation.

I made a small change in the original content and saved. I opened the French translation and the content in the ATE still doesn't match with what I am seeing on the website.

The original content of your homepage is created in French, and it is getting translated into English and German.

Could you please name an exact example, as I am not seeing any issue?
