Solution:
We do not provide services to complete translations on behalf of clients. However, we offer guidance and support through other means:
1. Check your welcome email for a link to schedule an onboarding video call. This call will help you set up and understand the translation process.
2. You can start a chat with our support team or open a new support ticket for specific issues or guidance.
3. If chat support is available, you will be redirected appropriately when you follow the link to open a ticket. Note that chat support is mostly available during EU working hours.
