Problem:
The client is trying to translate their website into multiple languages using WPML and is experiencing difficulties. They are seeking complete translation services or direct video support to learn how to manage translations.
Solution:
We do not provide services to complete translations on behalf of clients. However, we offer guidance and support through other means:
1. Check your welcome email for a link to schedule an onboarding video call. This call will help you set up and understand the translation process.
2. You can start a chat with our support team or open a new support ticket for specific issues or guidance.
3. If chat support is available, you will be redirected appropriately when you follow the link to open a ticket. Note that chat support is mostly available during EU working hours.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my website to multiple languages using WPML. The website is currently in English and needs to be translated to Dutch, Polish, German, and French. The site is under development.

Symptoms:
I am having a hard time translating my website to multiple languages.

Questions:
Can you do the complete work of translating my website for me? Can you make a quote for this for me? And if this is not possible could I have a some Teams meetings so you can show me how it is done on my website?

Hello Drazen, thanks for the reply. I can't seem to find the link to schedule an onboarding video call.
Nor can I find a link to chat with the support team directly. I can only find the page where I can post a new ticket.

Hello,

might be we do not offer any more calls, but you can still open new chats. Follow the same link as for open ticket, and if chat support available, you will be redirected to chat support. Most coverage is during EU working hours.
