I changed some default images, but they are not changing in the translation. It's not a cache problem.

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

Please open a Product having an issue for edit in the original language and make sure the Media attachments option of the language widget(on the right side of the screen).

a) Duplicate uploaded media to translations
b) Duplicate featured image to translations

Have you updated the translated Product after updating the original language product. If not, please update the translation also and make sure the issue is existing or not.

Hello,

Thank you for the login information and details. WPML settings look okay. But the issue is existing after updating the custom field translation settings and post.

So please try the following settings after a full site backup{mandatory} and make sure the issue is existing or not. Refer to the attached images for more details.

1) Upgrade to the latest version of WPML(4.4.11 series)
2) Go to WPML>>Settings>>Media Translation
3) Click on the Start button to sync the media items to secondary language and set language information
4) Wait until the process complete
5) Clear all types of caches

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. It requires further testing. So please allows me to make a duplicator copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) for debugging the issue on my local server.

Hello,

I am getting the expected result in my local copy after the following steps. So please try it after a full site backup{mandatory} and make sure the issue is existing or not.

1) Go to WPML>>Support page, click on the Troubleshooting link (blue link in the middle of the page)

2) On the Troubleshooting page, please click on the following options of the *Clean up* section. Wait for confirmation of processing after each one.

- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language information
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Fix terms count
- Fix post type assignment
- Cleanup and optimize string tables

I did everything as you said, but nothing changed.
It found 6 errors, but I cannot see any difference.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. On my local copies, it works as expected now. To make sure, I reinstalled the Duplicator and run the WPML Troubleshoot steps. It worked just after it.

So I would like to know, do you have a staging site(clone copy of the live site). It will help us to troubleshoot the issue in the same environment without affecting your live site.

Unfortunately, there isn't and it's not possible right now.
Is there any other way to find the problem?

I also see ATE Server Communication Unable to authenticate at Error Logs.

Also, as I see "Fix WPML tables collation" doesn't work and in "Translatable custom posts linking" "Gallery" doesn't have a value.
