Background of the issue:
I am trying to remove a deprecated WPML plugin from our plugins list. There is a message indicating that the plugin has been deactivated and is now part of the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin, and it can be safely deleted.

Symptoms:

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. You can safely delete the WPML Translation Management plugin, as its features are now part of the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. Please make sure to take a full backup of your site before deleting it.
