This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to manually translate Post Ads and is only able to use automatic translation.
Solution:
1. Open the original content in the WordPress Editor.
2. In the right sidebar, switch the translation method from "WordPress Editor" to "WPML Translation Editor".
3. Navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs and cancel the job for this content. If the Jobs tab is not visible, go to WPML > Settings and select "Translate what you choose".
4. After canceling the job, return to the original content and switch the translation method back to "WordPress Editor".
5. You should now be able to manually translate using the WordPress Editor.
If the issue persists, clear your browser's cache or try using an alternative browser, as the problem with the broken translation box in Advanced Translation Editor has been fixed.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue remains unresolved, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

Please open the original content inside the WordPress Editor.

I suppose in the right sidebar you have selected the "WordPress Editor" as the translation method.

If so, please switch to "WPML Translation Editor".

Now go to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs and look for a job for this content. Then cancel the job.

If you do not see the Jobs tab you will need to go to WPML > Settings and choose the translation option "Translate what you choose".

Once the job is canceled, go again to the original content and switch the translation method to "WordPress Editor".

You should now be able to create a manual translation with the WordPress Editor.

If this guide will not solve the issue, please let us know.

Best regards
Andreas

My name is Andrey, and I am here to assist you further. Could you please upload some screenshots that show the issue you are facing? As Andreas mentioned, have you tried turning off the automatic translation in WPML → Settings and selecting the translation option "Translate what you choose"? This might help resolve the issue.

1. Translation work only in wordpress editor mode, and I don't like translating in this mode.
2. if I switch to WPML mode , it only allow automatic. but not possible to translate manually like before it used to be.
3. check the screenshot settings correct.
