[Resolved] I can't Intsall the plugins String Translator and Multilingual CMS

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to reinstall the plugins String Translator and Multilingual CMS. I've downloaded the OTG installer and the plugins.

Symptoms:
The plugins don't appear anywhere in the installed plugin list.

Questions:
Why don't the String Translator and Multilingual CMS plugins appear in the installed plugin list?
Is there a specific step I might be missing in the installation process?

I asked my hosting provider to reinstall all the plugins directly from the directory files in the panel. And then I unregistered my website and registered again. Now it's working.
