[Resolved] I'm getting "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." message

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to access the Translation Dashboard in WPML > String Translation on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I click on Translation Dashboard, I get a white screen with the error message: 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.'

Questions:
Why am I seeing this message?

Now I know why: I had the String Translation plugin installed on my website but now my websites is registered with the Blog WPML package/account. The Blog account doesn't allow me to use the Translation Management panel.
