Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a product, but the images in the translated product are different from the original. I expected the translated product to show the same images as the original.

Symptoms:
The images in the translated product are different than the original, but it shows the original product images.

Questions:
Why are the images in the translated product different from the original?
How can I ensure the translated product shows the correct images?

do you have a staging site where we can run some tests? Also, could you share the product URL where the issue can be reproduced?

I would eventually also need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
