Background of the issue:
I am trying to access the Japanese language version of my website at hidden link.

Symptoms:
I receive a 'Forbidden' error message stating that I don't have permission to access this resource.

Questions:
Why am I seeing a 'Forbidden' error when accessing the Japanese version of my site?
How can I resolve the permission issue to access the Japanese language page?

i have 9 languages but only Japanese has an issue all ofthem work perfectly

Hello,

Please access your website's File manager and review the directory.

Do you possibly see any folders named 'ja' ? It would have to be located within the same directory as the WordPress installation.

IF yes, please either renamed it or delete.

Let me know your results, please.
