Major error... incompatible with my nb design plugin

platinumC	Background of the issue: I am trying to check the page hidden link to upload and edit a design online. However, the design feature only works when I deactivate the WPML plugin. Symptoms: When I try to upload and edit a design, I only see a loader instead of the expected design editor. Questions: Why does the design feature not work with the WPML plugin active? How can I resolve the compatibility issue between WPML and my design plugin?

I also attempted to download the necessary plugins and test them on a separate site, but it seems the plugin doesn’t function without a valid license. Additionally, I tried creating a backup of your site to debug it locally but was unsuccessful. Given this, I would appreciate it if you could provide a backup of your site so I can replicate the issue on my end for further testing. You can seek assistance from your hosting provider to generate the backup, then zip the files and share them via Google Drive or any file-sharing platform. I've enabled private replies for you.
