Background of the issue:
I am trying to move 2000 credits from the site nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek to a new site I created, nex.al.fhs.no/lms. The credits are currently associated with the wrong link and wrong site.
Symptoms:
The credits are still associated with the wrong site, nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek, instead of the new site, nex.al.fhs.no/lms.
Questions:
Is it possible to move 2000 credits from nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek to nex.al.fhs.no/lms?
Can you please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting, and let me know the full code showing under the "Your Automatic Translation account id is" section for each of the two websites?
I ran a few more checks, and it seems that you already had 2000 credits on this site (nex.al.fhs.no/lms) that were already used in full.
You also have 2000 credits available on this other site (nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek), which is exactly what you have already confirmed, that have not been used yet.
However, these 2000 credits, for each of the two sites, are a one-time free credits deposit that we offer when you create a WPML key, and they can't be transferred to a different site. That's why you can't transfer them.
