lennyB-2	Background of the issue: I was in the middle of translating the plugins like Elementor and LearnDash, and my credit got finished, so the translation got paused. When I tried to open the French version of my site, it was showing nothing. The English version was working fine. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link. I expected to see my French home page working: hidden link. Symptoms: The French version of my site is not displaying anything, while the English version works fine. Additionally, when I edit the French version page in Elementor, the editor does not load. Questions: Why is the French version of my site not displaying anything? Why does the Elementor editor not load for the French version page?

lennyB-2	No the translation job was not completed and stopped because it was out of credit. the worest is that I cancel the translation job as well.

lennyB-2	Also I think The issue is with wmpl string translation plugin, as soon I deactivate the french sites comes back but as soon I active its again white screen.

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	A white screen indicates a fatal error, when I visit the site I don't see one in the console but theres a chance something is being registered in your debug log. Go in your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to: define('WP_DEBUG', true); Edit your wp-config.php file and add these lines, just before it says 'stop editing here': ini_set('log_errors',TRUE); ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL); ini_set('error_log', dirname(__FILE__) . 'hidden link'); This will create an error_log.txt file in your site's root directory. Please send me its contents.

(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible) Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it. Please go to plugins -> add new -> commercial tab and pull the latest updates for WPML. We just released a new version for both WPML and WPML String Translation, after updating, does the issue persist?
