Hi,
I have a 5 site multisite installation with 5 languages (that WPML account is not to my name). The main language, spanish, also uses a directory (/es), therefore praktikhotels.com should redirect to /es (see hidden link)

And that is how it behaved until a little while ago. Now the redirection, doesn't work. I think I managed to find out why: in the Edit Root page the "root redirect" template has disappeared - the whole dropdown has disappeared.
This is how the Page Attributes panel looks: hidden link and this is how it should look: hidden link

In the other websites of the same multisite, the dropdown is there..!
It's seems weird, since all the websites share the same template, same plugins, etc...

Thank you in advance -

Luca

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support forum.
Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

The template option is not available if there is no template in the theme. Please check the theme files if Root Template exists in the files.

All multisites share the same WP code but can have different themes.

Thanks
