Hello, Please go to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration (tab) and save the following config: <wpml-config> <shortcodes> <shortcode> <tag>dvmd_table_maker_item</tag> <attributes> <attribute>col_label</attribute> <attribute encoding="allow_html_tags">col_content</attribute> </attributes> </shortcode> </shortcodes> </wpml-config> Now, go to the original page, edit the table widget, save the page and open the translation inside the WPML Translation Editor. If this will not solve the issue, please let me know but I would also be thankful if you could let me know if this config solves the issue. Best regards |

I would be glad to provide you with a test site including WPML and Divi for testing this, but I would need you to install the latest version of the "Divi-Modules – Table Maker" Addon. Would this be possible? |

Hello, I would like to to offer to take a closer look and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further. The required fields are below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it. IMPORTANT If you can't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and site credentials will be set to "PUBLIC". DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields. I may need to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" here to create a copy of the site that I can use to investigate the issue further. However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server for this purpose. If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Please note that WPML must also be registered on this staging site at https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/. If you are not able to provide such a copy of the website for testing, please let me know on this ticket. This is an issue with the new UI of the Advanced Translation Editor. When editing the translation please click the settings symbol in the top right corner and disable the option "I prefer bigger segments". Then close the translation editor, edit the original content, save the page, and open the translation editor again. You will now see that each column is using only one segment and the translation will work out as expected. I will try somehow to recreate this issue on a test site and escalate it to the ATE Team for further revision. |

The Divi-Modules – Table Maker license is not active on your staging site either, but I am able to use the modules. This title and description are not yet translated, as they are not yet covered in the config that we provided earlier. To create a config I need to take a look into the plugin's code but I am not able to use a File Manager Plugin on your site and I do not have FPT access. Could you please install the plugin on the earlier provided test site, so I can assist you? |
