Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have posted 5 new messages. Normally they were automatically translated immediately. Now it says 'waiting for translator'. I updated the plugins and also added 20,000 tokens to the website. But I still can't translate it automatically.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

When I click on recheck my credits and continue translate, there happens nothing.

In our system I am able to locate the credits under the .com domain

Used credits: 56270
Available credits: 33730

If that is not correct and .nl is the domain you are using now, I will merge the 2 together for you.

I've changed our website back to .com, but it still doesn't automatically translate into English.

Changing the URL again wouldn't resolve this issue as there were 2 separate ATE accounts, one with credits and one with none.

I have now merged everything together.

Let me know your results, please.

Thank you, the automatic translation has succeeded again, but now we face a new problem. It seems as though we have a new theme on our English website. The menu is missing, and the news articles also have a completely different format. Why is this?

Glad to hear the automatic translation issue has been resolved!

As we try to keep each ticket to 1 issue, I will split the new issue regarding the layout to it's own thread.
