This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the site logo is not appearing in the translated header and footer on their multilingual website.
Solution:
If you're facing a similar issue, we recommend following these steps:
1. Ensure you have a backup of your site.
2. Install and activate the WPML Media Translation plugin. You can install it via your WP dashboard under Plugins >> Add New Plugin > Commercial tab, or download it from here.
3. Navigate to WPML >> Media Translation.
4. Search for 'logo' and press the Filter button.
5. Click on the Plus (+) icon, add the logo name in the Name field to enable the save button, and then press the “Save media translation” button.
6. Clear all sorts of site/server/CDN cache.
If the logo still does not appear, you might consider deactivating and deleting the WPML Media Translation plugin as it should continue to work. Alternatively, check the suggestions in this thread: WPML forum thread.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. This type of issue usually happens when the logo image is not translated/copied into secondary languages. Could you please follow the below steps and see if this resolves the issue:

1. Take a backup of your site and Install/activate the WPML Media Translation plugin. If the WPML is registered properly on your site, please go to your WP dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New Plugin > Commercial tab and install that plugin, or you should be able to download it from here: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-media/

2. After activating the WPML Media Translation plugin, go to WPML >> Media Translation.
3. Search for the logo name e.g. “logo” and press the Filter button.
4. Click on the Plus(+) icon, add the logo name in the Name field to enable the save button.
5. Press the “Save media translation” button.
6. Clear all sorts of site/server/CDN cache and see if this resolves the issue.

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you

Thanks Noma, this finally worked. The logo block is now populated into the translations. One more last question before closing the ticket: can I safely delete WPML Media translation plugin and this will still work? We really don't use this extension, because the original pictures are the same in the translated pages and we translate media attributes (titles, alt-texts...) through the translation screen.
Thanks,

Glad to hear it worked. Sure, you can safely deactivate and delete the WPML Media Translation plugin and it should still work as expected.

If the issue persists, please try to follow the suggestions from this thread:
