This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the translated page does not render correctly in the Divi page builder when WPML plugins are activated. Deactivating the plugins displays the page in English instead of Arabic.
Solution:
We suggested the client to try accessing the website using a different browser or computer to see if the issue persists. Additionally, we requested access to the WordPress dashboard with a guarantee that the website is backed up, to further investigate the issue if necessary.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

The translated page doesn't render correctly in Divi page builder.

I deactivated all plugins including WPML. The page displayed the English version, not the translated Arabic version. When I re-activate WPML plugins, the problem is back. I am attaching a screenshot that shows the error.

Hello,

Welcome to WPML support. I checked the page in question (the one you gave the link to) and it seems to be working ok.

Please check the screenshot. Would you please check the website with another browser or machine and see if you can replicate the issue that you gave as a screenshot?

If there is a need for login to see the Divi builder while on that page, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Thanks.
