This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client reported that the translated page does not render correctly in the Divi page builder when WPML plugins are activated. Deactivating the plugins displays the page in English instead of Arabic.
Solution:
We suggested the client to try accessing the website using a different browser or computer to see if the issue persists. Additionally, we requested access to the WordPress dashboard with a guarantee that the website is backed up, to further investigate the issue if necessary.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
