This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported a delay in the automatic translation updates for their product descriptions. The English version of the product description was not updated even after seven days since the original content was updated.
Solution:
1. We identified that the translation might have gotten stuck. We made changes to the page title and retranslated the page, which resolved the issue.
2. We suggested checking for any plugin conflicts or server-related issues that might be causing the delay.
3. We recommended updating all WPML plugins to the latest version after ensuring a backup is in place. This can be done by navigating to WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab, selecting the WPML plugins, and updating them.
4. We provided steps to manually resync the translations:
- Edit the primary language page and click on update.
- Allow the system to resync the English translation and show a review translation option.
- Review the English translations and click "Accept Translations".
- Now, editing the English language page should be possible.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Thanks for your reply.

It could be caused by some plugin conflict or a server-related issue. But anyway, we have released a new version of WPML and could you please backup and update all WPML plugins?

It's strange I don't have notification to update WPML plugin.

I see that OTGS plugin is active. I activated again but not working.

Thanks for help.

Thanks for your reply. You don't need OTGS plugin to update WPML. Just navigate to WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab. Then, select the WPML plugins and update it. Please rememeber to backup first.

Thank you for the update. You'll need to manually fix these 4 pages. Afterward, we'll monitor to ensure the issue doesn't recur in your future translations.

Additionally, you can watch this video: hidden link for guidance regarding enabling Automatic Translations.

I've checked and I can see the issue you had there. This is what I've done to fix it.

1. I edited the primary language page here hidden link and click on update.

2. The automatic translations will resync the English language translation and shows a review translation option.

3. I reviewed the English translations and click "Accept Translations".

4. Now editing the English Language page is possible.

Thank you for your response. This issue typically occurs when the translated page isn't properly synced initially, and it could be related to a server issue on your end. The only solution would be to resync the page using the instructions I provided earlier.
