After moving my site from a development domain (hidden link) to the production domain (hidden link), WPML translations keep failing with “WPML was unable to translate this page.” I suspect the site was marked as a copy instead of moved and the ATE site ID is mismatched. Could you please reset the ATE site ID for this domain so it reconnects cleanly?

Hello,

Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the delay.

I checked your website and the chat history, and it appears that the page and forms can now be translated correctly. I also tested this with the page “Ballonvaart aan de Belgische Kust” by adding a small change to the end of the page title, saving it, and then retranslating it.

Sometimes it’s necessary to make a small change in the default language so that a new translation job is triggered.

Could you please check on your side and confirm whether everything is working correctly now, or if there are still any issues we can help you with?

Regards,
Drazen
