Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to add fields to the WooCommerce checkout page using the plugin 'Woocommerce Checkout Form'. After adding new fields, I look for them in the string translation section to translate them to Spanish and Catalan. The translation to Spanish works well.

Symptoms:
The translation to Catalan does not work. I see these texts in English in the Catalan version of the page.

Questions:
Why are the new checkout fields not translating to Catalan?
How can I ensure the translations appear correctly in Catalan?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

Please try the following steps after a full site backup and make sure the problem exists or not.

1) Upgrade to the latest version of WPML String Translation (3.2.16)

2) Increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256*(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*). Please check the following links for more details

https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

3) Increase the *MaxInputVars* of PHP settings to *10000*. Please check the following article for more details or contact your system admin/hosting provider for this purpose.
